Terms of Carriage Service
Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions carefully for your own information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms relating to your contract before making any bookings.
E.K.G.K IKE reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Terms of Service after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as modified or supplemented.

ABOUT THN E.K.G.K IKE
E.K.G.K IKE is an authorized car rental company with drivers, personal transport with legal, administrative and operational headquarters in Halicarnassus, Heraklion, Crete. This allows the company to be present at the forefront of the entire territory of Crete.

The itineraries concern the transportation of customers to and from the port and the airport, to any accommodation throughout the island, the processing of excursions as well as the transportation of guests to various types of events. PAYING POLICY
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice.

ESTIMATION OF QUANTITIES
The price quoted, prior to your travel, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of booking. Reservations can be made online on our website. If the booking is made for two or more people, the person making the booking (the “principal party”) is deemed to have made the booking on behalf of all passengers and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of any passenger. The main party must be at least 18 years old.

Any changes made to your route (pick-up or drop-off point) after pick-up may incur additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or office before proceeding.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel the reservation. Please read the Cancellation Policy in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When you prepay a reservation, our cancellation policy is that they must be done via e-mail at (contact@saferidestranfer.gr) or by phone at (+30) 6907055541.
You may be charged cancellation fees depending on the preliminary time of cancellation. Generally, if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the confirmed pick-up time, all monies will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the pick-up time, 70% of the money will be refunded. No refunds will be given if the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the pick up time.

NO SHOWS
If E.K.G.K IKE is unable to contact the passenger or the relevant contact person 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, via the information provided in the booking, then the ride will be considered a no-show and abandoned. Failure to be at your pickup location without notifying E.K.G.K IKE may result in a no-show charge and no refunds will be issued.

POLICY CHANGE
E.K.G.K IKE requires all changes to be received by phone, email or via our website at least 3 hours prior to pick up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pickup cannot be accepted, the resulting cancellation may result in a full or partial charge to the customer.

PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices are subject to review after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct math errors or reflect additional stops and wait time.
E.K.G.K IKE services include taxes.

PARTNER SERVICES POLICY
E.K.G.K.IKE uses, at its sole discretion, affiliated companies to provide Ground Transportation services as requested by our customers.

Vehicle images presented on the E.K.G.K IKE websites may differ from the actual vehicle.

ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED
E.K.G.K IKE and its Partners are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles. We make every effort to locate items left on one of our vehicles. We keep the items
